Zushroom.com offers the sale of:
Mushroom spawn
Fresh mushrooms
Dried mushrooms and value-added mushroom products
Mushroom growing kits
Online and offline courses, workshops, and educational content related to mushrooms
All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
2. User Eligibility
By using this Website, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age, or using the Website under parental or legal guardian supervision.
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
3. Account Responsibility
If you create an account on the Website:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

Payments may be made via prepaid methods or Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Fresh mushrooms and mushroom spawn are perishable and live biological products; delays may impact quality.
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
6. Perishable & Live Product Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)
Mushroom Spawn & Fresh Mushrooms:
Spawn is a live culture and requires proper storage and handling.
Quality and yield depend on factors beyond our control such as temperature, humidity, hygiene, and user practices.
We do not guarantee yield, success rate, or commercial profitability.
Dried Products:
Shelf life is subject to storage conditions mentioned on packaging.
7. No Return / Limited Replacement Policy
Fresh mushrooms and mushroom spawn are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect items are delivered.
Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with unboxing photos/videos.
Mushroom growing kits may be eligible for replacement only for missing or damaged components.
Courses and digital content are non-refundable once accessed.
8. Courses, Training & Educational Content
All courses are for educational purposes only.
We do not guarantee income, employment, or commercial success from the application of course material.
Course content may not be copied, resold, shared, or redistributed without written permission.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Zushroom.com, including logos, text, images, videos, course material, and designs, is the intellectual property of Zushroom Farmtech Private Limited.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
